I only have to apply it once a week. I like that.

ORTHO EVRA is the first weekly form of birth control. You put on a new patch once a week, for 3 consecutive weeks each month. Then go "patch-free" the fourth week when you get your period.

If you and your healthcare professional decide the Patch is right for you, you will discuss when to start wearing the Patch—either on the first day of your period or on the first Sunday after your period starts. Then all you have to do is change your contraceptive patch on the same day each week at any hour.
